Moe Greenberg

Moe Greenberg co-founded the firm in 1991 on a simple belief: people living with a disability deserve an advocate who understands nothing but Social Security Disability law. More than three decades later, that mission still defines his practice.

Moe even spent time as an Attorney Advisor at the Providence Office of Hearings and Appeals (now OHO), giving him an invaluable, insider’s perspective on the local decision-making process. He has personally guided thousands of clients through every stage of the disability process — from the initial application, through reconsideration and hearings, all the way to federal court when necessary.
